EQImindset is from three words
Equity, Inclusion, and Mindset.
We believe that Equity and Inclusion are a mindset that need to be cultivated across the various levels of an organization, and we partner with executive leaders, talent leaders, DEI teams, people managers, and Employee Resource Groups to do just that – build Inclusivity into the workplace systems and processes enabling ALL employees to feel belonging.
The results are higher employee engagement, reduced turnover and accelerated achievement of the organization's business goals.

All organizations are unique, and developing strategies that work best for them requires the careful assessment of a variety of factors pertaining to them. Their business strategy and goals, insights from their workforce, and where they are in their organizational journey are all key datapoints when it comes to considering the best path forward for them. We listen to the data and the people. We prime the organization for ERGs, assist in launching them, and create a comprehensive toolkit that will help maintain and optimize those ERGs as the business and the groups expand.

Lola Adeyemo (PMP) (CDP) is a certified diversity professional, an experienced project manager, workshop facilitator and organizational consultant. She is the Founder and Lead facilitator at EQImindset and also the founder of the non profit Immigrants in Corporate inc. a non profit that creates spaces and resources for a community of immigrant professionals.
A scientist by discipline, she combines her skills and experiences of delivering excellent results across various global organizations and projects with her passion for building inclusive workplaces focused on developing the right communities to achieve business goals through employee engagement.
